I ordered a new toilet from Big Bathroom as a first time customer unsure of how it would work out ordering bathroom items on the internet.What a pleasant surprise,the order was dealt with quickly efficiently and delivered in perfect condition.The only problem was with the cistern which had a blemish in the moulding not allowing the ball valve to pass through it but no problem this was sorted straight away and a new one dispatched to us A.S.A.P. We would definetly order from this company again.Thank you very much
