very straightforward

i was recommended to use this company so i was hesitant at first. I recieved the call back within an hour and was asked to tell them in brief what had happened, they told me there and then that i had been accepted and someone would be in touch. Within 24 hours i had recieved some paperwork then later on that day i got a phonecall from the solicitors asking when they could come and visit. All this in 2 days i was really impressed. Hopefully everything else will go as smoothly.
