Lacking in follow up service

I ordered 3 bulbs which cost over £70 for my flower shop. When I entered the code it came up with various choices. As a florist not an electrician I naturally thought that what came up on the site would be what was needed. When they arrived they were completely wrong. I rang this morning and was told by a very nice man that he would e-mail me and let me know how to return etc and what to do .. I am still waiting so with the weekend now it is going to be middle of next week now before all this is sorted. Very disappointed,

Hi Wendy,

I apologise that you have not recieved our return e-mail, we were having a few technical problems with the e-mails on Friday,

I have resent the e-mail this morning so we can hopefully get the correct goods to you for tomorrow.

The items that we have sent are the items that you have ordered, so on the email I have attached a link to order the correct goods and we will refund the value of the incorrect when we recieve them,
I hope this helps resolve your problem,
