Helpful and excellent service

The website appealed to me when I came across it. It had a simplicity and honesty. My later phone calls with the staff confirmed this. Although I'm exchanging my originally purchase for a larger sized duvet, I'm also adding an extra one. Doesn't this say something about The Wool Company products!
