Good choice of products, fast delivery
I have started using Wiggle for bike stuff: the choice is good and delivery is fast, as long as the item is in stock. I got free delivery to France on the last few orders which keeps costs down. I still make a habit of comparing the total cost with other online suppliers as Wiggle's prices are not necessarily the cheapest.
My only gripe is that a "priority dispatch" charge was automatically added to the bill: removing it did not stop the order being sent the same day.

Choice, value and customer service
I bought a discontinued 2011 tent, footprint and carpet as a package deal at a bargain price. Ordered on a Friday afternoon, the goods were sent out the same day and were delivered in France on the following Tuesday.
I would give the site 5 stars but for two problems. Firstly the promised 30% discount on the accessories wasn't applied at the checkout. Secondly, I was charged twice, once with PayPal and once on my credit card; whether this was my fault or a software bug I don't know. Both these problems were speedily sorted out by customer services, so I have no complaints.
