Lengthy holding times to speak to a person

Sky is undoubtedly a great product that enables us to have superb viewing ability and of course like many people I could no longer live without it. Sky Plus has transformed my world, it is an amazing piece of technology, so thank you to whoever invented it! I can't wait for the day when more than 2 programmes can be recorded at once.
However, if I have ever had a problem, it has been less than satisfactory. I have had to hold on the line sometimes for well over 20 minutes to speak to someone who has less knowledge than me to fix the problem. In addition I believe the CS team are based in Scotland and sometimes it is quite hard to understand their very strong accents.


Perfect service every time

Amazon has such a wide range products and as I feel that the site is totally secure, I do not hesitate to use Amazon for anything from a CD, perfume, kitchen ware to a pair of shoes. they keep me notified at all times via email, their returns policy is fair and efficient, the goods always arrive on time, they should be re-named "Amazing Amazon" long live Amazon!


Fabulous, friendly, efficient, service!

I bought my first pair of sunglasses 2 weeks ago and was so impressed with the service that when I wanted to order another pair a few days later, I didn't hesitate to use sunglass-world. The second pair I wanted were out of stock but that was not a problem, they were ordered from the supplier, I got a return phone call within 5 minutes and again the goods were despatched swiftly and I got a phone call to say they were on their way. It was nice in this world of technology to speak to a person and be comforted that if for any reason I didn't like the product it could be returned. A totally faultless service in every respect.
