Awful...do not use!!!

I booked a hotel room through ebookers - at least I thought I did! Having booked it I decided to check with the hotel that the reservation was all ok and the hotel had no idea who I was! I went back to Ebookers who then tried to find me another hotel...this took them over 5 days to do with me having to make endless numbers of calls through to them. When I went to the hotel two days ago they informed me that Ebookers had decided to CANCEL my reservation the day before for no reason whatsoever!!! To say I was furious was an understatement. The hotel was good enough to find me a room in their sister company but the car parking etc in the other hotel ended up costing me a small fortune! Do not use Ebookers if you want peace of mind about your trip away!!!
