Good Value - Excellent Choice
Have used moonpig MANY times, excellent choice and good value. If i were to want anything more it would be a handcrafted option to customise for those really special occasions.

No - they may not always be the cheapest provider on the market, but their service is worth the little extra you pay in my opinion. No bad experience to date over several years of using them.

Rubbish - Literally leave my parcels with the rubbish
On more than one occasion, Yodel have left my parcels with my wheelie bins, totally indiscreetly with valuable goods inside. This is totally unacceptable and is not a safe location - all of my neighbours are happy to keep parcels on my behalf and do so on a regular basis with ALL other delivery services i have used.

Good Value, not good for returning items
Items arrived as described, in good time however one item did not fit. When I was able to arrange return I realised it was past the 7 days as stated in the returns policy, so this would not be possible. I am now left with a product i cannot use and am £15 worse off - not a good customer experience.
