Haven't used IWOOT for a while so decided to try it. When I received my order, 2 items were missing so I logged in to raise a query. The site only used contact forms but didn't recognise my order number, which meant I couldn't contact the right area for my query. I eventually got though my selecting 'other'. The reply I received didn't address this issue and asked me to print and sign a form to claim my missing items - I ordered ONLINE and you made a mistake. I'm not prepared to do this and it's a ludicrous request. I won't be a returning customer.
On more than one occasion, Yodel have left my parcels with my wheelie bins, totally indiscreetly with valuable goods inside. This is totally unacceptable and is not a safe location - all of my neighbours are happy to keep parcels on my behalf and do so on a regular basis with ALL other delivery services i have used.
Items arrived as described, in good time however one item did not fit. When I was able to arrange return I realised it was past the 7 days as stated in the returns policy, so this would not be possible. I am now left with a product i cannot use and am £15 worse off - not a good customer experience.
