This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I ordered a travel system in preparation for the arrival of my first child and the website claimed a “free delivery usually in 7-10 working days”. I received a receipt for payment and confirmation of my order on the same day so all seemed to be going very well.
2 days later I received another email to tell me that my order had been dispatched and that I would be hearing from the courier to arrange a delivery. I received no further contact and the product has never arrived.
I have telephoned Boohoobaby on numerous occasions but have repeatedly been fobbed off by the staff. I have been told that they are waiting to hear from the courier, they are waiting to hear from their warehouse and that their customer service team are extremely busy (with complaints no doubt). On every occasion I have telephoned, I have been promised a call back; no one from Boohoobaby has ever telephoned me!
I have been forced to cancel my order and purchase the item from an alternative supplier, who provided the item within 3 days. The customer service is just as bad now I have cancelled my order and they are dragging their heels to confirm my cancellation and refund my money. Luckily I paid on a credit card and am now seeking the refund of my money through the bank.
Having now read the previous reviews, I anticipate a response from Boohoobaby asking me to contact them to try and resolve the problem. I would not waste any more of my time and money as the telephone number they provide is the same one I have been calling repeatedly with no joy.
Do not give this company any of your hard earned money unless you are prepared to never see the goods you order and then fight to get your money back. Believe any positive reviews at your peril…..
