Top site we all know and love!!
I have been using Amazon for years and I find their service, and that of their partners fast and efficient! Not having had to return any items as yet I can't comment on their returns procedure, but I am sure it would be equally as good.
The Mobile app and the "one click buy" feature has helped me no end when wanting to purchase anything quick and simply!
You don't get blasted in you're Inbox with tonnes of advertising either, which I like.

Needed memory upgrades for my Mac, which Mr Memory's online checker helped with tremendously!
Once my order was placed I received the necessary memory the very next day!
