Lidt rod, men ryddet op til sidst

Jeg må nok revurdere min oprindelige anmeldelse.

De fandt ikke ud af at indkræve moms når varerne sendes til Danmark, men er bestilt i Norge. Så sender de en faktura efterfølgende for opkrævning af moms. Fakturaen står med et beløb som skal dække manglende moms, plus moms af dette beløb, og jeg betaler selvfølgelig af det manglende beløb, men uden moms for det skal jo ikke opkræves moms af moms. Efter 2 måneder kommer der så et kontoudtog med restance på manglende indbetaling, altså moms af momsen.

Det viser sig så at der var en ny medarbejder som ikke var klar over at man skal udstede en kreditnota, og en ny faktura med det rigtige beløb. Efter meget om og men har de nu slettet mellemværendet og udstedt korrekte fakturaer/kreditnotaer. Irriterende rod men de ordnet op da de indså fejlen.

Rigtig dejlig mad, super vin (vinmenu anbefales), perfekt service, og smadder god stemning. Bar' vin kan meget varmt anbefales. Men vær forberedt på at blive meget! mæt.

Jeg har handlet meget hos Dustin og er 100% fornøjet. Varen kommer altid hurtigt frem. To gange har jeg reklameret nu sidst en Siemens telefon efter 1,5 år gik den i stykker. Begge gange sendte de en pakkemerkat så jeg ikke selv skulle betale porto og jeg fik hurtigt ny vare tilsendt.

I travelled from Stavanger to Copenhagen via Oslo. I arrived two hours early at the airport and saw there were delays so I asked before checking in if my flight was on time, and asked that they put me on an earlier flight to Oslo or direct to Copenhagen. They assured me that my flight was on time. It wasn't. With the result that I missed my flight from Oslo to Copenhagen and had to spend the night in Oslo (on SAS expense). The explanation was that the flight from Stavanger to Oslo was delayed due to late arrival of aircraft from Spain. So they DID know when I asked before checking in. They plainly lied to me!!

Anyway - OI was travelling with a golf bag, which I asked that they keep checked in in Oslo and send to Copenhagen with my flight the next day. However I had to retrieve it and then check it back in, it was obviously too difficult for SAS to figure out that I wanted the luggage delivered with myself in Copenhagen. So I checked the luggage in and went to the hotel at around 23:00. I was offered a meal, which was what was left of a buffet at the SAS hotel. It was not good food after having been left out on hot-plates for several hours. The buffet had actually closed at that time of night. They could at least have given me room service or something so I could have gotten some fresh food. Anyway I got up again at 4:30 the next morning to catch my new flight to Copenhagen, and went to retrieve my luggage. And waited, and waited. No luggage. They had not managed to send my luggage with my flight despite me checking it in 8 hours ahead! The luggage finally arrived two days later. They sent it to my house with the message that it would arrive some time between 17:00 and midnight. So I had to stay home the entire evening to wait for my luggage.

I asked at SAS so called "servicedesk" at the airport in Oslo and in Copenhagen regarding claiming my 250€ from SAS because of late arrival in accordance with European aviation regulations, and to pay for my extra parking costs in Copenhagen, but was told to contact customer relations on their webpage. They could not handle that at the customer service desks. Figure that one out anyone?

I have now written my complaint on the web form, there is no telephone number, no email address, and you get an automatic reply from a "no-reply" address when you send the form. The message is that they are so slow handling customer complaints that they will not be able to answer in 7 weeks. 7 WEEKS!!! So I'm still waiting for a reply to my complaint.

I used to like SAS. I have been a regular traveller for many years. I only have a silver card now, but I have been a gold card member. In fact, I have chosen to fly SAS over other airlines, like Norwegian, British Airways, KLM and Air France. After this experience I must say that all my loyalty to SAS has disappeared. Shame on you. I can entirely understand that you struggle economically. Of course people will not fly with you when your customer service is so lousy!

Jeg fik besøg fra Norge i går (17. Maj) og vi skulle spise god mad. så vi valgte price i tivoli. Hold da op. Det var det mest mislykkede middagsselskab jeg nogensinde har været til. Og jeg har desværre oplevet nogle meget ringe måltider i mit liv. stedet var tydeligt overbooket big time. Der gik 2 timer inden vi fik hovedræt. da havde vi spurgt 3 gange hvor den var hen, og fik hver gang at vide at den var lige klar om lidt. På mystisk vis dukkede den så op lige som vi rejsede os for at gå. Hvorpå vi bestemte os for at blive. Desværre. For kyllingen var rå! Det kan man ikke være bekemdt af at servere. Rå kylling! Ærlig talt! Tjeneren forsøgte at bilde os ind at den "skulle være lidt rød ved benet" fordi det visstnok var en meget speciel kylling eller noget. Den var ikke bare lidt rød ved bemet - den havde blævrekød og hemmorider med frit flydende blod ved benet. Fy for s.....

Betjeningen forsøgte at rætte på det med give os en anden hovedret, som var meget lille og smakte ok men alt for salt. Og uden den salad vi havde bestilt. Fikmogså en vamel sød dessert gratis, men.... Det var altså en speciel middag som jeg havde inviteret til for at fejre den store dag, og så ville vi have fået bedre mad hos den lokale sushi/pølse mand. Det er bare ikke ok. Sur, sur, smiley til jer. vi kommer aldrig tilbage!

Uprofessionelt, dyrt og meget upålideligt

Nu sendte jeg en pakke til Århus fra Allerød for 2-3 uger siden. Den var en uge om at komme frem, efter den var blevet sendt til forkert by. (!) Jeg ringede til jer (lørdag), og fik besked om at den var tabt. Det var tale om en forsendelse med noget som skulle til reklamation hos leverendør. Jeg ringede til modtager for at få oplyst værdi så jeg kunne få lavet reklamationen, men da sagde de at den var ankommet aftenen før (fredag), så den kom da frem, om end først efter en uge.

Så sendte jeg en ny pakke til samme adresse sidste lørdag, den ser nu ud som den ligger i pendulfart mellem Risskov og Taulov, der den nu tydeligvis er blevet fejlsorteret to gange! Jeg får ringe igen i morgen, hvis jeg ellers kommer igennem hos jer, og høre om I også har smidt den pakke væk eller hvad.

Er det det her jeg betaler over 100 kroner for hver gang - for at I skal bruge en uge på at sende en pakke mellem Sjælland og Jylland - som I ikke en gang har styr på om er leveret eller ej? Hvor svært kan det egentlig være? Og hvor går egentlig grensen hen for at man får sine surt opsparede penge tilbage?

Det er i hvert fald ikke så sært at I bliver udkonkurrerede af GLS og andre.

Epg not working, some frequencies not working, unicable not working, the thing freezes up very frequently and has to be hard reset, subtitles out of synch, keys on remote doing other things than expected, doesn't stream from dlna servers (the piece of shit just locks up) - the list goes on and on. I've had this thing since 2010 now and a long string of firmware updates since then have not made it any better. It was f...ing espensive too. I say stay away from anything coming out of this rip- off company

Blev ikke leveret som jeg bad om

Super hurtig levering - jeg bestilte søndag og den kom tirsdag så det var super godt. Men - jeg bestilte den til min job adresse, og så blev den leveret på døren her hjemme - det var sådan set ok da jeg tilfældigvis vare hjemme, men den blev altså bestilt til min arbejdsadresse.

Ville også gerne haft besked om at den var blevet sendt - jeg fik ordrebekræftelse og så hørte jeg ikke mere før varen kom. En lille ting måske, men det trækker lidt ned på vurderingen.

I've tried few samsung products now and must say they sell a lot more than you get. Examples:
Kies does not work so your tablet or phone cannot be updated
Kies makes your computer lock up
Tablets cannot be carged from usb charger even if it is a usb cable supplied with the unit
They proclaim android updates around the corner but they never happen
When you contact customer service they reply with email that cannot be responded to

And there's lots more wrong but too much to write on this crap (sasung) touch screen....

Super service - skulle ønske det var bredere udvalg

De har en del ting som er svære at finde andre steder, men så mangler de en del meget grundlæggende ting - f.eks. ikke så stort udvalg på coax tilkoblinger.

Jeg bestillede et vinskab som blev leveret super hurtigt. Intet at sige på det, men der var ingen brugsanvisning med, det synes jeg er lidt underligt.

We rented two cars at Charles de Gaulles to be delivered in Le Havre. Even though the cars were booked 2 months ahead, and we had given the flight number, they were not ready when we arrived. The service was extremely slow, the papers were not pre-completed, etc. It took half an hour just top register for the rental, and we had to wait another hour before the cars were ready to pick up.

Then for the untruthfulness - the lady at the rental desk told us full insurance would be 22€ per day extra per car, and that we would get unused days worth back if we turned in the car early. We had booked the cars for three days but turned one in after two days. We were still charged 80€ plus tax for that insurance. So both a higher charge than she told us AND we did not get our money back.

I have rented from Europcar quite a lot before but I will never use Europcar again.

When you rent a car via Auto Europe your credit card will be charged for the amount of the booking, when we have the confirmation from the supplier (in your case Europcar).

Please note that it is mentioned on the voucher you received from us, that unused rental days will not be refunded.

All information about insurance, cancellation policy etc. is also mentioned.
In case you do not agree with the terms and conditions stated on the voucher you are of course welcome to cancel the booking.

Super hurtig levering. Men det var en Svensk tablet med en række "produkter" forinstalleret med "gratis abonnementer" som udløb på dato dagen efter jeg fik tablet.

Burde have oplyst at det ikke var tale om en Dansk tablet.

Stærkt overdrevet

Alle I som er så fornøjede med Apple produkter - måske skulle I prøve nogle alternativer? Jeg har to iPOD's - en Classic og en Touch - de er begge noget lort, men jeg har ikke noget valg fordi Apple har tilnærmet monopol - derfor er det svært at finde produkter med grænsesnit til andre leverandører (f.eks. til bil). Det er i sidste ende vi forbrugere der taber på det.

Apple driver også en meget tvivlsom forretning der de tager fusen på konkurrenterne med beskidte tricks. Jeg fatter ikke at vi forbrugere finder os i at være låst til iTunes, og til at skulle betale licenspenge til Apple for alt vi installerer på vore Apple produkter. Vi ville jo ikke acceptere at skulle betale licens til Skoda for at fylde benzin på vores Skoda bil, og at vi kun måtte fylde fra Skoda tankstationer med Skoda godkendt benzin af lavere kvalitet end hos konkurrenterne? Jeg fatter det simpelthen ikke! Nu har de også fået stoppet salg af konkurrenternes produkter i Europa (bl.a. Samsung Galaxy Tab). Så nu har man reelt ikke noget valg, og man bliver garanteret nødt til at betale endnu mere ublu priser end tidligere!

Nej - jeg vil opfordre til boykot af Apple.

Læg merke til at navnet næsten er det samme, men ikke helt. Jeg har aldrig handlet her, men jeg synes det virker lidt mistænkeligt at man efterligner adressen til en anden webshop. De tager heller ikke kreditkort, hvilket ikke lover godt. Jeg ved ikke om det er snyd, men meget kan tyde på det!

De sidste lader til at være noget mere useriøse - tager bl.a. ikke kreditkort direkte. Det er ikke et godt tegn. Jeg ved ikke om de er gode nok, men bare være opmerksomme så I ikke tager fejl.

Lang leveringstid og en lille fejl

Jeg syntes det tog lang tid før varerne ankom - næsten to uger. Jeg bestillede patroner 2 af hver farve, men fik 3 af en og 1 af en anden. Gidder ikke klage på det da det jo er rigtig billig, så jeg korrigerer jheller næste gang jeg køber blæk. Det kan joi ske, men jeg er lidt irriteret på at de sendte forkert vare.

Kjøpte produkt på messe som ikke virket - nu får jeg den ikke udskiftet

Jeg købte en såkalt "Golf Launchpad" til Playstation 3 på en golfmesse i Bella center i 2009. Den fungerede kun på PC, da EET havde solgt mig en anden model end det de sagde. Efter meget frem og tilbage blev jeg lovet en ny, men den har jeg stadig ikke set noget til - snart et år efter jeg havde dialog med sælger. Det hele virker meget suspekt, jeg fik ingen kvitering... (mon det er betalt mva på dette?) og nu får jeg heller ikke byttet til den vare jeg ville købe. Hold jer væk fra dette firma.

Jeg har bestilt i flere omgange hos dem, og har kun ubetinget positiv oplevelse. Sidst reklamerede jeg fordi der manglede et kabel som skulle fulgt med en subwoofer jeg købte. Den sendte de dagen efter - ingen spørgsmål - ingen diskussion.

Leverede ikke varen og sagde ikke fra at de ikke kunne levere

Jeg skulle købe vinterdæk i efteråret. Jeg forsøgte at bestille på Daekonline.dk i god tid da jeg skulle have dem inden juleferie i Norge. Da de ikke kom efter et par uger ringede jeg. De sagde da at de ikke kunne skaffe de dæk jeg havde bestilt. Da fik jeg det MEGET travlt med at finde alkternativ leverandør. Det viste sig da også at der ikke var ret meget at spare på dem, så i den sidste ende viser det sig at det er bedre at bruge sit lokale værksted. Så hjælper man også til at holde dem i live!

Jeg bestillede mit nye fjernsyn Søndag eftermiddag til afhenting på lager. Allerede Søndsag aften fik jeg bekræftelse om at det var klart til afhenting, og at jeg blot skulle aftale hvornår det ville passe at hente det. Ingen problemer overhovedet.
