Protect your bubble

CRAP!!!

put a claim in for my phone so they emailed me a claim form so I filled it straight away and emailed it back with a copy of my receipt.

they then emailed me back saying the receipt was not good enough because it did not have my name on it WHY WOULD IT HAVE MY NAME ON IF I PAID CASH???? i will never use them again.

i see they have commented on the good reviews why don't the comment on mine?
