I really can't say avoid this company enough. They tried to deliver my parcel apparently and although I was in and didn't hear the door go once they left a docket to say no one was in. I went online to rebook delivery and it was accepted. The day arrives and no sign of Yodel. Phone them and they said there was no redelivery arranged and that they don't deliver in our area till 4 days later. Still nothing turned up so called again and they referred us to an outside company who they said had our parcel for delivery. They didn't have it. Called Yodel back and they couldn't find the parcel. It was lost apparently. After several phone calls we asked to speak to a manager and were told they have no department to deal with our complaint as they have no customer service department. Really? After eventually convincing someone several calls later to let us speak to a manager they did eventually manage to locate our parcel (days later and after trying to refer us back to the outside company again) we eventually did get our parcel but were first asked to travel a 80 mile round trip to our nearest collection office as we'd missed our chance for delivery. Really? When did you try to redeliver then? Seriously, avoid this company if you want your parcel any time this year!
I use eBay fairly regularly and find that it's ok when it works. eBay apparently have buyer protection but it appears only for certain things. They can be helpful when they want to be. Apparently sellers are allowed to sell what they want, dangerous or not (I bought a dummy clip which broke and my son nearly choked and when I looked into it they don't conform to eu safety regulations but eBay didn't want to know and allowed the seller to keep making and selling them) eBay allow sellers to make a profit on postage too. That said, I have also got some great bargains
Fantastic price. Speedy delivery. Excellent communication. Highly Recommended. Thank you :-)
