Unbeatable customer service
The Shower Doctor are simply one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. I phoned them up for advice and they were patient listening to three different queries then totally helpful in their advice. I've placed two orders, and both times the orders arrived the following day, well packaged. And to cap it all, their prices are really competitive with anything you'll find anywhere else and they seem to have everything you could ever need in stock (spares, and whole showers). This is a company that really cares about customer service and takes it very seriously; I can't recommend them highly enough.
