As I had a fair few questions regarding the products I sent out emails to Snorestore which were promptly replied to. No automated replies, just proper answers. So I was very happy to order from them.
Within 2 days (First Class post) the item was here and it could not have gone any smoother even during such a busy period in London.
I went to Aria from my usual vendor because of the cheap prices and the community looked good to be a part of.
I made my initial purchases with great delight, but encountered a few problems getting it delivered due to emails which were not sent due to security checks. This has been acknowledged as an area of improvement and I couldn't hold it against them too much.
Sadly I had to RMA an item and this process left me feeling incredibly bitter and out of pocket due to what was my own (unintended) fault. I wish the team had responded with some offer of good will but that's life. That cannot be the point of this review as if the item had worked I would have been very pleased with the Aria service.
My second order to replace this item was seamless and because I had already purchased from them before the delivery and handling time was minimal and would probably order from them again if the prices remain so ahead of the rest!
I am ultimately pleased to get my items at such good prices and with quick delivery, along with the bonuses which exist such as the discussion forum I hope to be a part of for any future orders.
