I bought a Chrome curved towel rail from Geyser, but owing to illness i was unable to open the box for about a month after it arrived, i found some scratch damage on one of the chrome tubes on inspecting the rail. I realized i was outside the 24 hour time for reporting any damage found but i contacted geyser anyway. They accepted why i was late reporting the damage and sent me a replacement rail and collected the damaged one. i would like to thank Paul Newby who dealt with this for me his communication and actions where excellent. I will be buying from geyser in the future when i update my other bathroom .
