Ordered 2 keyboards on 19 March. they took the money from my credit card and as I paid for express delicery 2 days expected goods by 21 March.
Went on their website - goods have not been sent.
Tries telephoneing held on line for 20 minutes without any answer listening to lousy music.
beware of facekless companies that offer goods but dont deliver.
Now trying to get my money back!!
I foolishly did not read the reviews of other customers to this website and blindly went to their supposed UK website to order a Canon Isus camera.
Their site showed 8 in stock so I ordered one on 5 June. The money came off my credit card on the same day, but three days later I received an email stating that when packaging the goods they were found to be damaged and I was offered the alternative of another camera. I telephoned to order a replacement. When I reached customer relations and quoted the order number their first response was that this item were out of stock hence the reason it could be sent - not what their email said!
I tried to order an alternative Canon but was told that they did not have any in stock - despite their website showing stock on all items. I therefore requested a refund and am still waiting for this to come through.
Now having read the other reviews on this site I can see that I am not the only person to be in this situation of having money taken from my credit card and then fighting hard to get a refund.
So a warning to other people please read this report and those below - the cheapest is not always the best and if you do order make sure you use a credit card as this gives you come protection.
And finally with so many complaints why do the credit card companies allow Simply Electronics the facility of taking monies from customers' accounts without the guarantee that the goods will be sent
