I booked this car and my arrival time changed by 3 hours.I asked for the car to be made available 3 hours earlier but was refused unless I paid a change charge. You also declined to ask the provider to change unless I paid you money. I rang the car hire company myself and they where surprised at your attitude and changed the hire free of charge.
Would I use your company again after this, I will leave you to ponder on that one
