INFURN Italia servizio - male, UK - BRAVO!

Il problema è stato risolto dopo che ho contattato Noelia (Infurn UK) - e' fatto molto presto tra 3 giorni. Peccato il servizio in Italia non e' cosi, perche i prodotti di INFURN sono molto buoni!!!!

July 2012 -
Sono quasi 5 mesi che aspetto un prodotto - un INFURN "dog bed." (letto di cane). Mi hanno mantanto un "small!" Ho scritto minimo 10 email ad INFURN Italia e Germania - Ancoro non e' giustato!


Update:
I contacted Noelia from INFURN (UK) from an email address posted here on this site and she resolved the problem within 3 days. She was extremely helpful, (unlike the Italian customer service that did nothing for months.) The INFURN products are excellent and fantastic quality and I am very happy this was finally resolved!

July 2012 -
I ordered a BigBoy LARGE SIZE dog bed. (I live in Italy)
When it finaily arrived AFTER 3 MONTHS it was the wrong size. (I was sent a small instead) I have written about 10 emails to customer service in Italy and Germany and they keep jerking me around. T
Telling me "15 days it will be exchanged" then after 20 days when I emailed again they said "2-4 weeks". It is almost 5 months since I placed the order. NOW they respond saying "sorry for the inconvenience we have no information." I have a huge box in my tiny hall since the middle of May!
How difficult is it for INFURN to send the CORRECT ITEM and have the old one taken back? This is ridiculous. NEVER again!

Anche ho comporatto una vacanza al "terme" (Ischia) l'albergo "Stella Maris" il coupon (anche albergo) promessa la colazione "ricca" ma il pane, conrnflakes e muesli con orzo? e senza caffe??? Anche era molto rumeroso a notte e non aveva la piscina con aqua!

Poor customer service in Italy/ but help from UK excellent! (and great products)

I had a problem ( original review below) with an order but after contacting Noelia a representative from INFURN, (at the address here on the site) the problem was risolved in 3 days. I was very happy as the INFURN products are VERY good I have the 'Big Boy' dog bed and pouf chair and absolutely love them.
I told Noelia that I think generally speaking most of the customer service in Italy is bad, and that I won't let this reflect on INFURN as a whole and future purchases. My sincerest thanks to Noelia for great service and finally helping to solve this problem! I give her 5 stars and a standing ovation!!!!
