I placed an order in January for Valentines Day, I was sent emails confirming it was en-route on 14th Feb, it didn't arrive until 15th. I had paid almost £50 for the bouquet I selected, I had a bunch of carnations worth £5 delivered. I have tried to call, email, live chat and raise a trouble ticket. The trouble ticket was closed before it was resolved. I was told that flowers would be redelivered, that i would get a refund, that i would get a voucher (as if i would use this company again) at various stages - so far nothing. I trusted the Queen's Award claims on this site, but they were for an iFlorist that has long since left the building. Last update I had was on 3rd march - I cannot get through on the phone, email, ticketing system, live chat, twitter or facebook. These guys seem fine and happy to take money and when things go ok it is no problem - as soon as there is an issue, everything falls apart. Don't take the risk.
Really impressed with the range of products - almost too much sometimes! Some items were delayed so tooled-up were happy to split the order to make sure I got the items as quickly as possible. Very good internet and phone service.
