I've used Westin Gourmet for over a year and have to say that I've been very pleased with the quality of the meat which has been superb. It would be nice to have the orders correctly sent though. Around 30-40% of my orders so far have had products missing/wrong amounts sent and then had to be chased up. This is disappointing and frustrating especially as the problem has been going on for so long. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and have sent the odd sweetener to me by way of apology but the meat packers are letting the company down. Get the orders right WG and I'll unreservedly award five stars the next time around.
