It's all the design and quality is aweful!
I have made mistake trusting Philips and buying them many times, all of my items sit and breakdown even something as simple as clock, products are designed well however quality is absolutely awful and I will ever recommend anyone to buy Philips as you will see it won't be long before you will see issues with product! NEVER BUYING AGAIN!

I have been banking with Halifax for 5 years and can't fault them, advanced online banking with almost all the payments can be accessed faster than you think, the reward scheme certainly proves to be success as you receive £5 every month, good work halifax keep it up!

quality is great however courier service is poor! recommended.
Few orders placed from them never arrived due to poor courier service, however if you dint receive your goods, Next will make sure you keep waiting for good few weeks before outcome. However quality is great and items are reasonably prices. Customer service is good too!
Tickets to India
absolutely horrbile! DO NOT USE THEM!
I booked my tickets with this company February last year and decided to cancel in less than 24 hours, despite booking in 3 months advance I was charge £50 for cancelling item, money was refunded after waiting good 4 weeks! they employ most unprofessional and untrained staff who lack basic customer service skills. this company does not have a proper number to call! I advise KEEP away! the reviews are clearly FAKE and genuine customer won't rate company when the provide such a poor service. Never using again

customer communication needs improvement, overall good website!
I placed an order and decided to cancel same day, monster beds contacted me to assuring Saturday delivery which it doesn't say on website. I was told payment will take 30 days to be refunded, I have since then sent 3 emails that hasn't even been responded too neither an cancellation confirmation sent despite contacting them via phone to request a cancellation email. In they end i did receive a call confirming the cancellation, would be better if this is communicated quicker to reassure customer. Overall appreciate that company acknowledged my concerns, products and prices are competitive, will definitely try again! Hopefully it will be better experience.

stay away they will find your details even when your not their customer!
I have been bombarded by non sense letters asking to pay bill of an address that I have never lived at neither I have even been to such place. I guess their customers has disappear and they found my details with same name so they decided to pass my details to debt collection agency. It is horrible that numerous calls has not stopped them from writing to me for paying service I never USED! i will take this matter with RELEVANT department so this company can pay me for causing me massive inconvenience! SCAMMERS!

I recommended Secretsales.com to have Superdry brand and its on sale now, I got my items for almost half price than in store cost. It save me the money and gave me opportunity to use my favourite brand! If would recommend this site to my friends, also lookout for discounts they run, if you are lucky you will get further 25% off.
