I was skeptical about using an online service for purchasing an engagement ring but I wasn't disappointed by Diamonds Factory. Rather than buy direct from their website, I decided instead to visit their offices in Hatton Gardens, London. I wanted to be sure that they were legit and was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating they were. Their office has a fully kitted out showroom, so you can use the website to pick your jewelry and get answers to all your questions, then go in 'store' to check it out before you buy. I ended up choosing a slightly different spec of ring based on the advice of their sales staff - which I wouldn't have done without seeing it in the flesh. They also accepted a deposit with full payment on delivery. The ring was ready in 3 weeks and they re-sized it and posted it back in under a week. Great price and service without having to pay for the overheads of high street retail stores. Highly recommended!
