Well I had the worst run around with this company that Ive ever had with any. I booked tickets back in February for August to take advantage of the prices at the time and to just get my whole trip squared away. Then in may they told me they must switch my flight and that if the date doesn't work that I should call them and work something out and so I did and they said they would call me back with flight details that would work with my time schedule. Two weeks passed and i decided to call them back just to see if things were figured out yet but they told me they would contact me soon with the flight details. Now a month has passed so I called them back saying I need my new flight details so i knew what was going on for my trip and again they said they would call me back soon and promised me that they would give me a flight that would fit for me. Well now its been two months later I called them a total of four times in this period and was promised a flight for the 19th or the 20th of August. Now today I get an email from them saying that they will only give me a flight for the 21st and that would require me to stay in Venice an extra night and still pay for my pre booked hotel in my connecting city. I just don't get it how they can just give me the run around like this, they could have told me this in the beginning and now im stuck paying for the high price of the summer airfare and its a month until I leave. In the email I received today says I have 48 hours to call them to confirm if this works or if I want a refund which they say can take up to six months and that's just crazy. I would say stay away from this company and find something anything else. Now I'm out all the long distance calls the euro rate that I payed at the time and now the higher cost of airfare. It just makes my trip stressful before I even left the door.
