I've had a bad experience with this company! when i upgraded my contract to an iPhone, Yodel delivered it but i was working so i missed the delivery!! i got a calling card and rang them up and asked if it was possible to bring the card and collect from the depot but they refused that and said the only option was redelivery for the next day which meant i had to be up at stupid o'clock waiting for however many hours not knowing what time they'd turn up, to wait for it!! i woke up around 8am and they didn't turn up till around 12-1 meaning, i could of had a lie in if they told me what time they'd deliver, but they didnt!! Im currently waiting for a parcel from Amazon (i company i always shop on due to its amazing delivery service) and they said estimated delivery date 3rd July - 12th July! its now 4th July and STILL haven't recieved my order when the option i chose was standard delivery (2-3 days) it was dispatched on 29th June - 2nd July and im still waiting! do NOT trust Yodel
