One thing you realise about eBuyer, once you start to look, is that they don't just deal in computers.
From mobile phones and tablets to home appliances, where else could you order a new washing machine at 11pm and have it delivered the next morning at 8 ?
Things don't always go right, what in life does, but the new free next day delivery means that even if I forget something I can just buy one item later and its delivered with my main order, for free.
SVP used to be a reasonably small company, but it worked well, you saw what goods they had, you ordered them, they had real-time stock control so you knew what was actaully going to turn up, and in general it did, the next day.
I used to order from SVP on a weekly basis, sometimes more, but in the past year their poor stock control, faulty item and appalling delivery has meant I have had to look elsewhere.
Sometimes things go wrong, sometimes company changes causes teething problems, but in this case there would have to be a dramatic difference before I would use them again.
My first order with this company was quite large (okay it was huge) so it was delayed for a few days whilst they checked it was legitimate, as soon as that was done it was at my door the next day.
The quality of the goods is excellent and the service is superb.
I have used them since and will be using them again, the items on there are such value for money and the gift ideas can really help when you stuck for that last minute present.
I deal with a LOT of mobile phones, and, until i found Mazuma, a lot of mobile phone recyclers, but since then we use them for all our disposals.
We have had almost 200 transactions with Mazuma, with orders from £100 to over £1000, each one has been handled quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
The new FPS system is fantastic, phones can be posted to them one day and the cleared funds are in your account the next, with emails at every step of the way to keep you informed of progress.
Mazuma is a company we trust, you should too.
