We needed an item that was out of stock worldwide because of the tsunami a few years ago, however the lady who i spoke to at OKI was fantastic and really sympathetic - she listened to my problem and ascertained the emergency and swung into action immediately, placing an order with the supplier and keeping me updated on the status of my order. My order arrived on time and the Oki rep stayed in contact with me throughtout the transition so i was very happy with the service!
