Bad customer service

When everyone else refunded express delivery costs due to snow, Wetsuit Outlet didnt and I waited a week for my "express delivery." Apart from one day when the children were off school, I was out taking them to school, Royal Mail made it here every day as did other courier companies. I wouldn't use them again as they refused to refund my express delivery cost which I feel is bad customer service. When I complained they said the weather wasnt their fault, but hey is wasnt mine either and I'm the customer.

Product is great but I'll be looking elsewhere for future orders for our sailing kit.
