Trustworthy and reliable service with fantastic prices!

As always, when looking to buy an expensive piece of kit I did my research to try and find the best price. Procamerashop came up with a price for a lens that was over £100 cheaper than the high street. Of course, this makes you wonder why they can offer such cheap prices, so I did some reading around. From what I can see, a lot of what Procamerashop sell are 'grey imports' i.e. goods from outside of the EU. Some people might worry that this means that you are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty - however, Procamerashop offer their own one-year warranty, which is the same as you would get from the manufacturer anyway. So when all is said and done, you are getting equipment that is substantially cheaper than the UK recommended retail price and that comes with an equal warranty. I've been really pleased with the lens that I bought from them. It was in full retail packaging and then securly packaged for shipping, which is from within the UK by the way, so you don't have any worries about paying import duties and taxes. Communication was great - they e-mailed me at every stage to let me know when the payment was cleared and when the item was shipped. It's little wonder that they have such good feedback on here. I highly recommend Procamerashop to anyone considering buying camera gear. You won't be disappointed, and you can put the money that you save towards buying some extra kit! I shall never pay high street prices again.

Very happy customer!

After having been let down by MyProtein on my last three orders, I decided to give BulkPowders a go. Wow, I'm impressed! I placed my order literally at 4pm (the cut-off time for next day delivery) and my order was delivered the very next day. What great service! The products are very good quality and the prices are comparable, in some cases cheaper, than MyProtein. I'll definitely be using BulkPowders from now on and I'm hoping that they'll start selling Green Tea capsules and a bedtime protein formula, as I'll still have to order these two products from MyProtein. Highly recommended!

Appalling service - avoid!

After being a customer of this company for at least five years, they have let me down on my last three orders. I was supposed to be getting next day delivery but this has not been happening. The first time my order was over a week late. I had to phone them up and was told that because one of the items was out of stock, the whole order had been held up. Nobody had contatced me to make me aware of this. Fair enough though, everyone gets one chance. The next order was also late. I called them again after three days only to be told that they had no record of the order on their system. In the end they managed to find the order and blamed the delay on a 'technical issue'. It too turned up over a week late. My current order should have been delivered yesterday. I've not even had a despatch e-mail from them. I tried calling them five times yesterday but couldn't get through - each time I was on hold for 10 mins before giving up. I've raised a customer service ticket with them but no reply as yet

I don't know what MyProtein are playing at, but this shocking treatment of customers is going to hit them hard. I needed some protein by today so I placed an order with at 4pm yesterday. Guess what, they are delivering today and I had a confirmation e-mail from them within an hour! Guess where my future custom is going to be!
