Used them for a while. In recent times they have upped their game with a wider range of products and a quality website. I believe there is genuine value for money, even though most of the goods are at the luxury end of the market. Delivery is good. Recommended
I bought one before for a friend and now again for myself. The new one , a Samsung has some good features and some less than good (like a non removable battery and a screen that dims for apparently no reason) but this is not the fault of the supplier. The laptop was competitively priced and despite choosing the cheapest delivery option, it arrived next day. I recommend save on laptops as a supplier
For an experience of poor customer service try raising a problem. You will learn what it is like to deal with a robot, who never quite understands the point you make. All replies seem standardised and to a template. Greta value products though

Groupon suggested I should be patient with the supplier. 4 months and still counting Groupon and your supplier cares enough to not answer the phone or answer e-mails.Groupon promised action and lost interest too That is rather too much patience and not enough service
Had difficulty placing an online order as there was a cyber attack on all of Mastercard's payment systems (the Wikileaks attacks) Rang Buyacamera first thing next day, they answered quickly, accessed my details from the attempts I had made to order, took my card details over the phone and warned me that because of bad weather (snow) delivery might be delayed. Sure enough there was a small delay but it did arrive in 48hours on a Saturday (no extra charged) by Parcelforce.
The camera was not CE marked, so I guess an import, but buyacamera do offer a 2 yr guarantee as standard and it was the cheapest price in the country for a panasonic FZ100. Box had been opened but all present and correct, I guesss just a check by them that content was all in order before despatch. Cardboard not in perfect position (that is how I knew) but that is me being incredibly picky. None of the packaging was in any way damaged or marked, just needed a miniscule amount of tidying. This did not in any way detract from the experience but might be worth a check if giving the camera as a present.
Based on this experience I would unreservedly recommend them because of prompt delivery, prompt phone replies and amazing price
