Perfect for my tennis elbow!

I was given details of 'Physio Room' from a friend who works in a doctor's surgery and recommended by one of the doctors, so thought I would give it a try - nothing to lose as I was in a lot of pain. Ordered this product as it looked ideal for wearing during the day and not too bulky. I noticed almost straight away the difference, it supports the elbow area and allows you to carry on as normal, even walking the dog (nobody takes any notice!) and lifting which previously caused me a lot of pain. I rub ibuprofen on my arm first thing in the morning, then when dry fix the strap on my arm and there it stays all day! One only slight drawback is that you cannot where anything too tight over it as it won't fit, but a loose sleeve top is fine. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
