As stated above. Goods now arrived and the service was great.
Having used Interparcel for some years now I have found them to be efficient (yes, you can actually speak with them on the telephone if the need arises) and offering a good range of sensibly priced alternative services for all occasions and pockets.
Without doubt the most disgraceful (non) delivery service I have used in 27 years. My parcel was booked on 31st July for collection on 2nd August. No pickup on 2nd or again on 3rd although the delivery status shows that the parcel was loaded onto a van around 10.00am on 3rd but was unable to be collected later the same day. Put simply, this is a downright lie.
My customer is furious, I am furious and you can be assured that I will use any service available rather than use Yodel at any time in the future. Yodel you should be ashamed to call yourselves couriers.
Please ignore the one star rating, I couldn't give a negative star.

Oi Dave, Cop a load of this mate. I bought a shower 'ead off those geezers at Bath Empire. The ordering was a doddle, it turned up seriously quick and was a good looking piece of kit that fitted and worked well. The dog's boll.... oh, sorry! Anyway Dave, d'you fancy a pint and a game of darts?
