The Snugg

Fabulous service, AMAZING cases

I had previously bought a Garmin case for my iPad, but when it came it was flimsy and didn't protect the screen at all.

I stumbled upon the Snugg whilst searching Amazon and, with the excellent reviews and the reasonable price, I decided to give it a go! This turned out to be one of the very best purchases of my life.

The case came quicker than I had anticipated and fitted my iPad immaculately. The case supports the sleep/wake feature and has two different angles that it can be propped up at, so it's perfect for putting up at my desk whilst I'm working. It has a hand strap too, I have tiny hands, but this still fits snugly and allows me to hold it whilst I browse.

The quality is impeccable and it looks really professional. It was well worth EVERY single penny and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Snugg to anyone :)

Stoneacre Motor Group

Appalling service

I took my fiat 500 back to the Stoneacre Doncaster garage for it's third and final warranty service. They also washed my car and did a good job, or so I thought. Five days later the laquer started flaking off my alloy wheels in giant ugly chunks. I took my car back to stoneacre and I was fobbed off, saying I had to contact Fiat directly. Fiat looked into my case and would not pay out as the damage was due to alloy wheel cleaner being left on too long and was clearly the garage's fault (Fiat's words). Stoneacre have refused to take responsibility and as such I'm having to pay £120 to get two of my wheels resprayed. I have spoken to the service manager and he basically said he wouldn't accept responsibilty of pay for the repair, despite the fact that I paid cash in full for my car and didn't even barter on the price. I dread to think how much comission they got for that. The worst thing is however, having argued for weeks and finally given up and accepted the fact that I'll have to pay for it myself, a member of staff called me and asked if I wanted to trade it in a for a new car with them! I am disgusted with the service I have received and will not be going back to this garage. I feel really let down and disappointed.
