I recently purchased clothes from your store and it seemed that I just need to voice out my thoughts regarding the quality of service offered to your customers. It is a fact that products from Superdry are very popular amongst younger customers and seemed to go beyond just to wear the brand. For parents, it is a pleasure to buy a product that provides quality and durability (i.e. jeans). Superdry's denim durability is better than other brands because my son can tear through denims with low quality materials. Now, my only regret is that we bought two pants and a shirt from your store and found out that the security buttons are still attached. The security buttons are supposed to be a warning but I did not hear the beeps when I exited the store. I live more than 30 miles away from the store, ergo, it left me no choice but to drive back there to resolve the problem. On the other hand, errors can be inevitable. I am hoping that my next visit will be more pleasant and customer service is more efficient in checking out items. You know your products well more than us, and you know if items have attached security buttons. Please do not turn into another retail store who employ teens and young adults with super inflated egos. Also, keep in mind that it is hard earned money, please make it worthwhile for your consumers.
