My experience of Three doesn't really deserve the 2 stars, apart from one person that I spoke to within the 3 months of cancelling my contract was actually helpful.
The coverage and support from Three was that bad I eventually cancelled my contract by going through the ombudsmen. No one within the call centres seemed to have any idea of how to help people unless it followed their script :(
My kids love Moshi Monsters! It's a great way for kids to start using the internet in a safe environment, and the fact that they have to do various puzzles to earn in-play money is far better then some of the mindless games out there.
I have been in contact with the Support team on a few occasions and they are great and quick to respond to any questions.
They use a lot of technology and monitoring to keep the whole experience child safe and friendly. The way kids communicate via their personal notice boards means I can keep an eye on things myself.
My oldest son has started using his spending money to buy his own membership, so now he's behaving around the house :)
I only used these once, placed my order but never received anything. I received the confirmation email and confirmation of payment but that was the last of my contact with Woods, despite my best attempts to contact their customer service team.
I have been ordering from Amazon for many, many years and have also experienced great service. Even when using the Amazon market, the retailers have always been good to deal with.
On the occasions when the items had to be returned the customer service and refund policy is great!
Couldn't find the item cheaper anywhere else and it was delivered the next day free of charge. Great service!!
