My last post was deleted as it was too negative for display i guess(albeit truthful). So have up my review from 1 star to 2 stars:/ Either way wanted repost to just say won't be using Scan again.
Phone worked fine and was in good condition, also relatively new. Got invoiced quite a nice price for it and then got about an 1/6th of that when the money came through.
Update after Mazuma reply: Working value was definitely more than £27.50 when i first submitted for recycle.
I didn't write this review to "have a go" at Mazuma but although i can't be bothered to write my side of the story i do thank them for their reply. I simply wrote this review to put down my opinion of the service. Have used Envirofone before with no hassle so will be going back to them next time.

Most phones have a litmus indicator which turns red when exposed to liquid or high concentrations of moisture. Unfortunately, the indicator on your phone was red which indicated that it is water damaged. Although water damaged phones may appear to work, they require extensive repair in order to be safely reused. As detailed on our website, we cannot accept water damaged phones as working.
We emailed you a non-working offer of £11.00 (Working value was £27.50) and gave you the option to have the phone returned free of charge.
Please note that Envirofone, like many other recyclers, do not pay anything for water damaged phones.
We hope this helps.
