I've heard the moans & groans, but my husband and I've been buying through Groupon forabout 2 years now. Enjoyed fabulous discounts on goods, dinners, trips, entertainment, salon treatments and even gifts. On one occasion I found the product purchased unsuitable for me, the merchant refunded my p/p and Groupon credited me in full. I think sometimes the supplier of the goods maybe is too greedy when they sign up, and then, when the offer sells TOO well they can't supply; that's not Groupon's fault!
I can't tell you how pleased I was with this company, not just becuase I found them through Groupon offer site but their old fashioned values and customer service is second to none.
Shame I couldn't say the same for DHL who were delivering for them!
Westin did more than enough to rectify DHL's mess!
