Brilliant service
I was told about More inks by my son who has used them many times.
The ink cartridges have considerably more ink in them than most others and the price is still good. If you have any problem they are great at helping.
I changed my printer for the same model because it stopped working and I had trouble getting a cartridge to work.I rang More inks and they talked me through how to do it and sent me a replacement cartridge for one I had wasted too at no extra cost.
I have used them 3 times and am delighted with them.

Email response did not happen
I bought a battery for my laptop-it came and was the correct one but did not hold charge. The website has no phone contact number so I emailed them twice but no reply.
After 6 days I sent the battery back which cost me £3.50 and surprise! -I got a new battery within 5 days but no paperwork-Strange!
However It now works thank goodness.
