Took my car into get a quote for brake pads/discs hoping they would be better/cheaper than my dealer. Booked an appointment on-line but when I turned up I was told that "not to trust" the on-line booking service. After some grumbling about timing they did the brake service check and told me that the brake fluid also needed to be replaced due to "age" this was a concern as it had just all been replaced the previous week during an annual service. At this point decided not to go with them to get the brake work done, at this point the manager grumpily signed off the report and I left. Customer service definitely isn't their strong point.
Website seemed good and ordering was easy and at a good price, but when I turned up to get the tyres fitted at the pre-arranged time they hadn't been delivered. Was told they were to be delivered later in the day, but when I phoned the next morning they still hadn't arrived. We got there in the end, but it took a lot of phone calls, time and hassle before it was sorted. Tyre Shopper blamed their supplier, but to me that made no difference. Don't think I'll be using them again.
