The item I wanted was not in stock when I first looked at the website but I clicked the button to say email me when stock comes available. The next day I got an email saying the new stock was in so I immediately ordered what I wanted - the website said there were now 80 items in stock. A couple of days later I received my well packaged item. A pleasure to deal with.
Simply Electronics is a company with very good prices and feel that you can trust even though the goods are being shipped from Hong Kong. I have had two items from them and I have had no problems with both. The first item took a good while to come but the second item arrived in a couple of weeks. I would recommend them for your consideration. It would be nice to have a predicted date for delivery though.
I have bought several pairs of Ecco shoes over the years and they are always comfortable to wear from day one. This company provides a very good range of shoes although they are expensive. My latest purchase was a pair of Ecco Light III walking shoes. These seem to be bigger than my ordinary shoes of the same size, but not a problem. Got them half price in the sale which is very welcome.
I ordered some software. It was a little slow arriving but I did not mind as the price was good. However, they sent the wrong product. I rang them and had no trouble getting through and arranged to send it back to get the right software. I returned the software the same day first class at my own expense. A few days later I thought I would just check my order online to see what is happening and I find that they have refunded the cost of the order without telling me. The refund has not yet appeared on my credit card statement and so I dont know where I am. I have tried phoning them but keep getting a message saying that they have too many customer queries at the moment and so cant take the call.
Free delivery, delivered next day. Well packaged. Would use again.
