refunds and customer service

Absolutely shocking I have been waiting for a refund since march, I have phoned the compny twice a week since the return and all I get told is that they are waiting on it being signed off by finance and it is on the system, there is no way on earth I would ever give them any custom. Worst internet company I have ever dealt with.
