I purchased a TV Bed from Dreams a few weeks ago.
Yodel then called to say that the bed was going to be delivered by 30th June. Up at dawn on a Saturday to await delivery.
11:30am the phone rings to say Yodel have lost the bed and that their not sure when it will be delivered.
Monday 12noon Dreams call me to confirm that they have lost the bed and don't know when the delivery will be.
Friday 6th July Phone Dreams Chesterfield to be told it's not our problem speak to Head Office
Phoned Head Office and avoided committing suicide whilst listening to their tone deaf pianist. Eventually Customers Services 'HA' answer to say 'Could you phone Yodel' So now I'm left trying to get hold of Dreams courier to arrange my own delivery. Great Service!!!
Still been half hour can't get hold of Yodel.
I think the bank will be getting a call for a refund at this rate.
