Report Bedworld to Watchdog everyone please!!!

This is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company!!! 1 star for a rating is too much!

Ordered a bed and mattress - the bedframe is ok, however the mattress is barely 10cm thick and you can feel every single slat digging into your spine which is definitely not good for the back.
I tried to request a refund however because the mattress had been opened they said I can't due to health reasons. Ok fair enough they can't have it back... but the terms and condtions state "do not open the mattress to inspect... once open you are not eligible for a refund"... my argument is that how would you be able to inspect a product without opening it?! We thought since it was vacuum packed it would expand on opening... it did not at all.
Customer service has been NON EXISTENT - not possible to speak to anyone... so they have in effect STOLEN my money because I certainly haven't bought a mattress!

I have reported this to Watchdog and urge everyone else to do the same or they'll keep conning everyone!
Their product descriptions count for nothing, and their terms and conditions are completely unfair which I'm sure is a criminal offence?!
