Staff onboard just excellent nothing too much trouble and with a smile!!.
Food good and well prsented. Really felt like a supper in the sky with nice wines and bar service.
Cleanliness of WC's was 10/10 throughout the flight.
Delay on connection and offered an upgrade without evening thinking about it.

taps looked smart but could not e installed due to faulty parts.
Rang Victoria who then told me to call makers.
They took history and just said they'd 'consider' the problem and couldn't get a replacement out til Tuesday / Wednesday dependant on proof of purchse. Possibly 5 days delay, extra plumbing costs and not definate that new set willbe any better.
Next time I'll visit a plumbers merchant.
The 1 * is purely for the staff I spoke to today.
No bathroom water now until can be repaired / replaced!
