I ordered a wardrobe for my flat, after paying I was told that they didn't have it in stock anymore (note this wasn't mentioned at the point of sale) but they would have it in a 6 weeks so I could wait or get another version which was more expensive.
I asked for a refund - they said they would but it takes 7-10 days....strange when it's a simple bacs payment.
Still haven't received the refund despit it being 3 weeks later and having sent them emails.
Terrible customer service
Please do not switch from sky.
The remote, user interface and choice is terrible. Good luck trying to navigate the menu, there was obviously no user acceptance testing. I actually don't watch TV anymore.
