Attitude of the assistant driver (african lady)

The tour bus is very much comfortable to tourists. We can hop on and hop off and can be used for 24-48 hours. For a tourist you don't need to go by taxi every now and then, but with hop on and hop off bus this is very practical way to use.
However, i don't like the attitude of the assistant driver (african lady) the one who is selling the ticket. She is very arrogant to the tourists. She didn't care about the way she responded to some queries related to the tour ticket. In my analysis, she doesn't value the tourist but only she is doing her daily routine. Remember, tourists makes your economy boom. Without us, you don't have job in the tourist area. So, kindly be polite and courteous to all the queries of the tourist. From simple to complex.
