The service and communication between TDL and myself has been second to none. Without a doubt I would give 5 stars for sorting out the faulty product that I was sold. It is a dissapointing that I have been laboured with a postage charge that I believe should be refunded as it is not my fault the product failed and should not be held responsible for delivery charge.
