Although we had a broken plasic collar to secure the tap on the basin, I am very please with the tap I bought for the price I paid. We managed to glue the broken collar together without any problem and to reinforce it with jubilee clip and the job is done. Only wish an email address is easily available on their website. Customer care could improve. Although a reply was received, no one yet contact us from the company which Amazon told us that they would. Other than that, sadly to say that an extremely good value product was spoilt for half a penny. Overall, we are very please.
will never ever shop with them after my first and last experience with them. They con me into buying a £2,220 bed whilst I was browsing around in their shop. They told me I got a week to change my mind. Within 2 days, went back to cancel order and was persuaded to have a bit more time to think. Went back within a week to cancel order and was told I have to contact their head office. Could I hell get hold of anyone? Eventually after few expensive phone calls, was told it was too late for me to cancel and had to pay for this bed. Not very impressed. I was not the only person I believed that have problems with Dreams. It was infect a NIGHTMARE!
few years ago, was contacted by their telephone sales dept. Was told to have a direct debit with them and I can then forget about it all for they will automatically check my results and contact me via telephone or letters if I win. Rang them up recently, and was told that this is not so. I could have won and lost all my winnings over the years. This is false marketing as I see it. I am thinking of cancelling my account and direct debit with them.
