I have ended up with other peoples shopping and had to spend time phoneing to see if they were going to collect it,they asked me to keep it in the fridge and they would get back to me. I did ant they didn't! Dates aren't always the best, same with replacement item s. It is better to just go in yourself then you can make up your own mind. I would not use online supermarket shopping again. (You still have to put it all away which is the worst bit).
Delivery drivers have always been pleasant.
I find the shop clean and tidy. Checkout staff all very helpful. Shelf filling staff in the evening seem helpful and approachable but on a Saturday morning there seems to be alot of chatting about social activities. (possibley because it is busy and they think no one will notice)
I recently bought a fridge freezer, cooker etc, you can check online all the items, spec and availability then go to the store to have a 'touchy feely' look. Then order instore where friendly staff can answer any questions, I have also gone home to order online and collect instore when convenient for me. The flexibility is great!
