BE VERY WAREY OF fTRUST PILOT

I would not trust trust pilot, they remove any adverse comment you make in a review and give the excuse that it breaches guidelines,
In fact I have proof that companies enrolled with Trust Pilot can just get your adverse review REMOVED
I AM TODAY MAKING A COMPLAINT TO TRADING STANDARDS IN THE UK ABOUT THE METHODS AND WAY THIS COMPANY MISLEADS THE PUBLIC

One of our employees in our Support team is investigating the issue. Depending on the reason why the review was reported, we may ask you for further information via email, or for you to make some changes to your review so it complies with our guidelines. Both positive and negative reviews are welcome, as long as they comply with our guidelines. When the investigation is done your review will either be restored or removed permanently.

I would also add that companies can’t demand to get a review removed. It needs to go through the reporting process.

SENT OUT A FAULTY ITEM

I have been told to edit this review and reflect its about the service they provided,
Then they will consider reinstating the review for it to be put back up.
I emailed the company about the faulty item, NO REPLY they claim not to have received my email when I called them NO HELP at all ,
I needed the item urgently so I had paid for express delivery
When I phoned them they refused to exchange it via the carrier, they expected me to return it, wait two days then send out a replacement, ggod service would have seen the replacement sent out with the carrier who collects the faukty item, I have this type of service many times from other tool suppliers
Comment on the service!!! NO SERVICE

I have also been told by Toolstop that the review was showing it is not

Your goods where despatched but they had a fault, we offered to get the goods collected for you and replace the item or give you a full refund.

REXEL ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES One star too many DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a PANASONIC HEAT PUMP for my house in Greece from this outfit, they insisted I paid in full by bank transfer before they ordered it on Panasonic UK.
£4514 GBP incl 20% VAT. I Have NO INVOICE and if i had paid with a credit card I could have claimed on VISA.
They failed to deliver it on time so that it could go to Greece on our truck, so I cancelled the order, their excuse was PANASONIC delivered the wrong unit, ( single phase instead of 3 Phase) but dont worry we will ship it to Greece FOC.
I insisted it was fully insured for transit, they told me it was, ALL OF THIS IS ON EMAIL.
After a long delay it arrived at the depot of the transport co's agent in Lefkas, I had to pay the transport to the Island of Meganisi, (again breach of contract).
I had traveled to Greece to supervise its installation, it arrived on the Island on a very dilapidated truck (Holes in its floor etc) It was unloaded by a forklift without incident (there are 5 witnesses to this).
The unit was shipped in its standard cardboard box, totally inadequate for such a journey Of 2000 miles & 5 different trucks because they shipped with a very cheap micky mouse carrier.
When it was unpacked the steel panels of the unit were damaged, I informed them immediately, I sent Photographs of the damage and told them to inform the Insurance company, they then started to blame us for the damage unloading the machine.
They never did this ( I dont believe it was insured at all) .
I later had the unit examined by a specialist Heat Pump company who informed me there was other damage and as its a new Machine it should be replaced as a repair would be very expensive.
Neither REXEL OR PANASONIC will help with this problem, I have rejected the unit under the sale of Goods Act THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS. I have evidence the machine was shipped from Germany to UK then on to Rexel in Dagenham the machine may well have been damaged on those legs of its travels but most likely on its journey to Greece.
I have contacted PANNASONIC UK on several occasions they say they will investigate and call back they NEVER DO.
THE ONLY THING PANASONIC HAVE SAID IS THERE IS NO WARRANTEE ON THIS MACHINE ANY WAY BECAUSE IT WAS SHIPPED TO GREECE.!!!!!
ANOTHER BIG DEAL
REXEL HAD A DUTY OF CARE TO INFORM ME THERE WOULD BE NO GUARANTEE AND DELIVER THE MACHINE IN NEW CONDITION.

THEY WILL DO NOTHING SO BEWARE OF REXEL RENEWABLES AND PANASONIC HEAT PUMP DIVISION THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY - UNRELIABLE AND REXEL ARE VERY DEVIOUS THEY HAVE TAKEN £752-35 VAT without issuing a legal invoice.
THEY BROKE EUROPEAN LAW BY SHIPPING WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND INVOICES.
TO DATE THIS HAS COST ME IN EXCESS OF £6700 GBP , FOR A PIECE OF JUNK!!!!
I have tax issues in GREECE LIKELY TO COST ME A FURTHER 23% FPR + PLUS A HUGE FINE ( maybe as much asdouble the cost of the unit £7000-00 AND LEGAL COSTS
I ADVISE YOU DONT DEAL WITH REXEL OR BUY PANASONIC ALTHERMA HEAT PUMPS

Now they claim not to have the money their client says they dont have the money and i cannot get my MONEY BACK .

Beware OF SINKSAND TAPS DONT TRUST THEM

Take care when dealing with this firm, I ordered a Hot water Tap on the 4th they took the money using their Paypoint agent. £679!!!!!!!!!
I HAD NO DELIVERY DATE SO I CALLED THEM, IT TRANSPIRED THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK.
They have since told ne they had it in stock then why did'ant they send it to me immediately just like any other on line seller?
I DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY

I told them i wanted my money back I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT
SO THEY TOOK £679-00 they told me they made a payback so WHERE IS MY MONEY ?????
